How does Shipping Work?

To conserve and help prevent waste, all prints are made to order! Every print is made either out of my studio in Bend, Oregon or a local small print shop.

Processing Time:
Original Paintings: ETA 1 week 
Paper Prints: 5-10 business days
Stretched Canvas Prints: ETA 10-15 business days

My studio is located 20 minutes north of Smith Rock Park in Terrebonne. I allow for pickups, but due to the remote location I often find it easiest to deliver or ship Central Oregon orders!

I will update you with tracking or coordinate delivery once the art is on its way to you!

What is your return policy?

I promise a 2-week guarantee. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within two weeks of receiving it, and we'll arrange an exchange.

Payment Plan?

I do offer a payment plan on original paintings! These beauties are an investment, but are 100% worth every penny once you see how they transform the space. I offer 2 options for payment plans. I ship the artwork after your first installment is paid, and will send automated invoices the following months for the remaining balance. They can be paid with debit card, credit card or Paypal.

Do you offer local pickup?

Due to the remote location of my studio, 20 minutes north of Smith Rock I have found it a little out of the way for most pickups! I am in Bend a few times a week and will deliver large artworks, for small prints I have found it easiest to ship economically.

Can you donate art to our auction?

You're welcome to email me at info@cooperartandabode.com (info@cooperartandabode.com)to inquire. I get asked daily to donate artwork to charities, and cannot accommodate every request but I try my best to help where I can!

How can I select the right art piece?

Are you hesitant seeing something online and want some help? I offer design help (https://www.cooperartandabode.com/design)where I can Facetime you to share videos of the artwork, and I can help you figure out sizing, dimensions and what will look best. Don't feel bashful, committing to art is a big step and I am here to help!

Where do you make your prints?

Most prints our made right out of my studio in Bend, Oregon! I use a giclee archival printer, and make the work with the highest quality paper and inks. You will be blown away when you see the colors in person!
