The Inspiration
A few years ago, my husband and I visited Crater Lake for the first time, and the stillness, depth, and crystal-blue waters left a lasting impression on me. This winter, the scene called to me again, and I returned to it through paint, imagining the landscape softened by snow and touched with subtle pearlescent details. I’ve titled the work A Well of Wonder, reflecting the awe and quiet depth felt when standing at its edge.
Dimensions: 40" width x 30"height x 2.5" depth per panel. Total dimensions 80" width x 30" height.
Frame: Black Wooden Frames made locally in Bend, Oregon
Medium: Acrylic paint on canvas with metallic touches added that will glimmer in the right light! I have these metallic touches added in the snow, and lightly on some trees to represent frost.
Painting price includes both panels, shipping or local delivery and arrives signed, framed and ready to hang up on the wall.
