The Inspiration
There was something intangibly freeing as I made this piece, it was a dark and gloomy day and I just let it all out on the canvas. "Kite" is a painting rich in colors, textures and the more time you spend it feels like a visual meditation to slow down, have your eyes move across the canvas. This work feels like magic as it shifts from day to night.
